We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve their queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement of customer service.
Graduate in any discipline (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc./BBA or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English / Regional Language].
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
