About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, orders, and post-purchase communication for our health & wellness e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

• Assist with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.

• Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs.

• Support daily order tracking, RTO follow-ups, and return management.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / E-commerce Operations / Tele-calling.

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools).

• Prior e-commerce experience preferred.
