We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Flipkart FRM (Fraud Risk Management) - Customer Support Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers, handling queries, and ensuring fraud prevention through effective communication. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi (both mandatory) and should have Versant level 4 or above.Eligible for any graduate, freshers or experienced both can apply. This is a work from office role with 6 working days, rotational day shifts, and week offs. Shift timings are 8 AM to 8 PM for females and 8 AM to 12 AM for males.Salary details:Freshers: CTC ₹21,500/month | Take-home ₹16,500/monthExperienced: CTC up to ₹23,000/month | Take-home up to ₹18,000/monthQuarterly Bonus: ₹4,215We have 100 openings for this position — a great opportunity to start or grow your career with Flipkart!
