Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualifaction is 12th and Experience Range 0-1 years. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 working days during the for boys - rotational shift / for girls - day shift.
