Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams for quick support.

Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
