Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with the sales/service teams to ensure timely customer support.
Assist in basic documentation and follow-up communication.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th / Graduate.
Languages: Good communication in English & Kannada (spoken and written).
Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP preferred).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
