About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate International Voice Calling Executives to join our Support Team. In this role, you will provide voice-based assistance to global clients using our Shopify apps. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide voice-based support to international clients using our range of Shopify applications
Understand client queries and deliver prompt, clear, and effective resolutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication
Document customer interactions and escalate technical issues when required
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Prior experience in international voice process or customer support
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask and work effectively during night shifts
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Shopify or SaaS-based products
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems
