Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Associate

Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month (including performance-based incentives)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails as per process requirements.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT).
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet usage).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a BPO / customer service environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
