Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls for collection or sales processes.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries or promote products/services.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO/Tele calling preferred.
Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi & English), basic computer knowledge.
Work Type: Full-time, Office-based (Thane location).
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
