We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Dwarkesh Ventures LLP.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly
Meet defined performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates
Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
Experience Range: 0–2 years in customer service or a similar role (freshers may also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
Must be open to working 6 days a week during day shifts
