Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in English & Hindi (Both are Mandatory). Need to speak both Languages. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day Rotational shift.
