Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Promote company services and provide necessary product/service details.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and issue resolution.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Strong problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer queries.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
