Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with a good typing speed and a strong passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
Resolve customer complaints quickly, professionally, and within set timelines
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (both verbal and written) is a must
Good command over grammar and sentence formation
Typing speed of at least 20-40 WPM with high accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
