📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
📝 Job Description:
➡️Handle customer queries related to PhonePe app via calls, emails, or chats
➡️Assist with UPI, wallet, recharge, payment failures, refunds, and transaction issues
➡️Guide users on app usage, features, and troubleshooting steps
➡️Provide clear and professional support to resolve issues quickly
➡️Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
➡️Escalate complex issues to the senior support team when necessary
✅ Requirements:
➡️HSC / Graduate
➡️Good communication skills in English & Hindi
➡️minimum 6 months of customer service/BPO experience preferred
➡️Basic knowledge of digital payments/UPI helpful
➡️Comfortable with rotational shifts
💼 Shift: Rotational shifts including weekends
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
