Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bhopal
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple customer service projects. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and blended (chat + voice) processes, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduation (depending on project)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (some projects require minimum 6 months experience)
Skills: Good English communication (fluency required for certain projects)
₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (including performance allowance)
₹16,000 + ₹1,000 (after training; stipend of ₹7,500 for 30 days)
₹13,000 + ₹1,000 (performance allowance)
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males, fixed day shifts for females
Week Off: Rotational (decided by Team Leader)
Targets: Monthly targets may be applicable
3 Rounds – HR, Operational, and Client/AI round (as applicable)
Salary starts after training completion
Candidates should be able to commit for at least 60 days
No cab facility provided
