About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Client Communication Executive to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in client handling, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.

• Communicate company information, services, and updates to clients.

• Maintain client records and follow up on queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements if required.

• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.

• Ensure a positive and professional client experience at all times.

Skills & Requirements:
