Job Description – Customer Care Executive
Position: 1
Department: Customer Service
Location: Thane (Bhiwandi)
Profile:
· Attend and manage Customer toll free number where service and sale calls are received,
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
· Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
· Follow up to ensure resolution.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Maintain records of all complains in an orderly manner.
· Handle service dealers.
Preferred candidate:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Should be able to coordinate with various people and get work done.
Team management skills
4. Should be proficient in MS OFFICE – Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience: 3-5 years in similar job profile.
Education- Qualification: Any Graduate
