Position: Customer Support Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Insurance/Financial Services background preferred)
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for general insurance products (Health, Motor, Travel, Fire, etc.).
Provide policy-related information such as premium, coverage, exclusions, renewal, and claims process.
Assist customers with policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
Guide and support customers through claims intimation and documentation process.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
Educate customers about product features, add-ons, and available services.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and company policies during interactions.
Good knowledge of General Insurance products (Motor, Health, Travel, Fire, etc.).
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional language as per location).
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM/Insurance software.
Ability to handle multiple queries under pressure.
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream (Insurance certification preferred).
Experience in General Insurance customer service, telesales, or claims handling will be an advantage.
