Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with queries.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Patience and the ability to handle pressure.
