We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for a reputed BPO in Indore. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality/service standards.
Work in shifts as per business requirements.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
