Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Coordinate with the sales and after-sales team for smooth customer service.
Manage order tracking, delivery updates, and product issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product information and recommendations, especially related to home products (e.g., kitchenware, home appliances, furnishings, etc.)
Assist in showroom walk-ins and guide customers through product selections.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CRM or customer support role, preferably in home products or retail showroom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of customer service practices.
Ability to handle queries patiently and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools or software (preferred, not mandatory).
Local candidates from or near Kundli / Sonipat preferred.
