Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hazratganj, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Maintain customer records and document all interactions according to company procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Keep up to date with product knowledge and company updates
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM software is a plus
Prior experience in a customer service or BPO environment is an advantage (not mandatory)
