🧑💼 Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Multilingual – Freshers Welcome)
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi) is essential.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or orders.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Fluency in at least one of the following regional languages:
Kannada
Telugu
Malayalam
Hindi
Along with above average english communication skill is Mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification:+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
