About the Role:
We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills to handle customer communication
efficiently and deliver an excellent service experience.
Who Can Apply:
-Graduates (Freshers are welcome)
-HSC (12th pass) candidates with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
-Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 5 and above)
-Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle calls and assist customers with queries and support.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
-Accurately document customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
