Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and company policies.
Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in [languages required].
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
