Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience at the wellness clinic.
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and therapist teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage client feedback, concerns, and complaints effectively and escalate when required.
Support clinic promotions and membership renewal campaigns.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into appointments.
Ensure the reception area and client waiting zones are neat, organized, and welcoming.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Hospitality, Administration, or similar field).
1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication (English & local language), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.
