Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on sustainable and environmental initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and project updates.
Design and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service delivery and CRM performance.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on CRM performance and client satisfaction.
Support the development of sustainability-focused programs and initiatives in partnership with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field (mandatory).
4–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the sustainability or environmental sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
