Job Summary:

We are seeking a Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through the exciting journey of pursuing education overseas. You will provide expert advice on universities, courses, applications, visas, and scholarships, helping students make informed decisions for their academic future.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation, statement of purpose, and interview preparation.

• Provide accurate information on international universities, courses, admission criteria, tuition fees, and living expenses.

• Guide students through visa processes, including documentation, financial planning, and interview preparation.

• Maintain relationships with university partners worldwide.

• Maintain records of student cases and follow up to ensure successful admissions.

• Guide students in preparing compelling application materials (SOPs, essays, CVs, recommendation letters).

• Advise students on entrance exams, English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE), and test preparation strategies.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor's. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Monday to Friday during the Morning shift i.e. 10 am to 7 pm.
