Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and country-specific requirements.

• Coordinate with legal teams, institutions, and government authorities as required.

• Maintain proper records of client cases and track application progress.

• Counsel clients on possible challenges, timelines, and outcomes of their applications.

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, or promotional events organized by the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (law, business, or social sciences preferred).

• Previous experience in immigration, overseas education, or counselling roles preferred.

• Strong knowledge of visa categories and immigration procedures for multiple countries.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage.
