✅ Update call details accurately in the system.

✅ Adhere to compliance guidelines and call scripts.

✅ Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi (any combinations with English is an advantage).

✅ Good communication and listening skills.

✅ Willingness to work in a target-based environment.
