Responsibilities:
Contacting borrowers with overdue loan accounts to discuss their repayment status and encourage timely payments.
Working with borrowers to establish feasible repayment plans based on their financial situations.
Providing clear and concise information about the loan terms, repayment options, and any associated fees.
Accurately documenting all interactions with borrowers, including payment arrangements, promises to pay, and any follow-up actions
Identifying and escalating complex or problematic accounts to senior team members or other relevant departments for further action.
Achieving individual and team goals related to overdue loan resolution and overall collection efficiency.
Representing Lendingkart in a professional and ethical manner during all interactions with borrowers.
Familiarity with loan agreements, repayment schedules, and other relevant paperwork.
