We are looking for a Repayment Support Executive to manage and facilitate timely repayment of credit card dues for OneCard customers. The role involves outbound and inbound calls, educating customers on payment options, and ensuring collections are made within the due cycle.
Make outbound calls to OneCard customers with outstanding credit card dues.
Explain repayment options, due dates, and payment methods.
Follow up on overdue accounts and motivate customers to make timely payments.
Update call outcomes and repayment commitments accurately in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned internal teams.
Adhere to compliance and customer service quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for collections and customer contacts.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Basic understanding of credit card billing and payment processes.
Customer-focused with a persuasive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle targets.
Graduation Mandatory.
6 months to 1 year of experience in collections or customer service (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Monthly salary: ₹[22000-30000]
