Key Responsibilities -Customer Relationship Executive:
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
Needs Assessment:
Identify and assess client needs to offer appropriate solutions and products, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Communication:
Provide regular updates to clients on service performance and value, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Feedback and Reporting:
Collect and communicate customer feedback, monitor client satisfaction, and track and report on key relationship metrics.
Business Development:
Contribute to business growth by fostering loyalty, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand reputation.
Data Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
