• Auditing calls across multiple campaigns (TV, CS, MQL, SQL, etc.), ensuring 100% qualified deliverables that meet client requirements.
• Providing refresher training to agents, closely monitoring their performance and guiding them to meet quality parameters.
• Support operations team in monitoring campaigns via call barging, live audits and providing near real time feedback to agents.
• Create and maintain daily reports and trackers using MS Excel / PowerBI.
Requirements:

• A graduate with at least 3 years of work experience, including 1 year working in a similar role.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with proficiency in MS-Office.
• Exhibits good verbal and written English communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, adapting to various work environments.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (24•5), showcasing adaptability and commitment to meeting organizational needs.
