Job description:
The Order Confirmation & Abandoned Calls Specialist is responsible for contacting customers to confirm pending orders, following up on abandoned calls, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Confirmation Calls: Contact customers via phone/email to verify order details (quantity, pricing, delivery address, payment method). Ensure accuracy of orders before processing to avoid errors. Update customer records and order status in the CRM/system. Address any customer concerns or discrepancies before finalizing orders.
2. Abandoned Call Follow-Ups: Reach out to customers who initiated contact (via call, chat, or form submission) but did not complete their purchase. Identify reasons for abandonment (price concerns, payment issues, lack of information) and provide solutions. Persuade potential customers to complete their orders by offering assistance, discounts (if applicable), or additional product information.
