Position Summary:
The Call Center Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking orders, providing service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our dry cleaning and laundry services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide information on dry cleaning, laundry, and value-added services.
Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery slots.
Address complaints, service issues, or special garment care requests.
Maintain accurate records of orders, customer feedback, and service requests.
Coordinate with store, delivery team, and operations for timely service.
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and membership plans.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication.
