Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle outbound/inbound calls for UK-based clients
✅ Communicate fluently in English with professionalism
✅ Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or issue resolution
✅ Update CRM or call logs accurately
✅ Maintain customer satisfaction and represent our brand positively
Who Can Apply?
✨ Freshers or experienced candidates with good communication skills
✨ Comfortable working in UK shift (starting around 12 PM IST)
✨ Prior BPO/call center experience preferred but not mandatory
✨ Basic computer knowledge is essential
