Should be open to working for 6 days and rotational day shifts

Job Description-
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls
To Assist Customers via telephone calls and from multiple channels
Follow Communication scripts while handling different queries.
Identify customer needs; clarify information; research every information and provide accurate solutions.
Accurately identify and verify the identity of the customers.
Keen eye on suspicious activity and writing reports
Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding new customers.
Ensuring Personal Information data security of the customers.
Serve as a middlemen between the company and debtors of the company
Comply with all RBI regulations while discussing debt recovery
Managing delinquent Customer accounts and recovering balances.
Educate customers on debt delinquency while enforcing company`s credit policy.
Qualifications -
1. Should be a minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
2. Multi-Lingual to handle multiple regional calls.
3. Basic Knowledge of computer handling
4. Own transport facility
