About the Role

We are seeking a disciplined, reliable, and experienced Admin Manager, ideally from a defence services background, to oversee and streamline administrative operations across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, structure, and efficiency to day-to-day administrative functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all administrative and facility-related activities, including office maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

• Oversee employee transportation logistics, including coordination with drivers, scheduling routes, and ensuring punctual pick-up/drop-off operations.

• Ensure company assets, infrastructure, and equipment are properly maintained and utilized efficiently.

• Implement and monitor administrative systems, processes, and policies for improved efficiency and compliance.

• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required.

• Monitor budget allocations for administrative expenses and optimize cost control measures.

• Maintain records of office supplies, staff attendance, and general logistics.

• Ensure safety, discipline, and operational protocols are followed within all administrative departments.

• Lead crisis management, emergency response, and security drills.

• Support HR and Operations teams in onboarding, employee engagement, and general welfare initiatives.

Preferred Background

• Retired Defence Personnel (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary) preferred.

• Proven experience in managing logistics, security, and facilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multi-site administrative operations.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative software tools.
