We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Development MANAGER (BDM) to manage and strengthen relationships with corporate and MNC clients. The role involves handling client communications, presenting company services, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Explain and promote the company's security and facility management services.
Resolve client concerns and manage escalations effectively.
Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, corporate presentations, and service demonstrations.
Network with potential clients and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth.
