*Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business
partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance client acquisition strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and
business presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
*Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or client relationship
management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
