We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions using the company’s products/services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Provide feedback from the market to improve products, pricing, and service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
