Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions over calls and play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone calls to explain products/services

• Generate and follow up on sales leads

• Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as assigned

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

• Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling

• Confidence and a customer-first approach

• Telecalling or telesales experience is a plus
