We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor customized solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
Track sales performance, update CRM systems, and report on KPIs.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development (industry-specific experience is a plus).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
