Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding our manufacturing products and services.
Explain product/service details and generate leads.
Maintain customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships.
Handle inquiries and coordinate with the sales/service team.
Keep records of calls and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge.
