Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
The executive will be only single point contact for customers so the below skills are a must;
- Empathy towards the customer
- Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication
-Minimum Edu – 10+2 / Diploma – Education should be of complete/BBA/BCOM/B.A/ Any Graduate or final year or external students all can apply.
-Rotational shift(should be comfortable with night shift) will be there.
-Good Communication Skills with English and Hindi
