Primary Role:
A Telecaller is responsible for making or receiving calls to/from customers to promote products/services, provide information, solve problems, or collect data.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (support role):
Make cold or warm calls to potential or existing customers.
Pitch products or services persuasively.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
2. Inbound Calling (if support/customer care role):
Answer incoming calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
Provide product or service information.
Redirect calls to appropriate departments if needed.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Update call details, customer feedback, and outcomes.
Build positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
4. Data Collection & Reporting:
Conduct surveys or gather feedback via calls.
Maintain logs and prepare reports on performance and call outcomes.
Report issues, trends, or complaints to supervisors.
5. Compliance and Quality:
Follow scripts and call guidelines set by the company.
Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy rules.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication.
