Inbound Tamil Voice Process – Videocon D2H

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries related to Videocon D2H services.

- Assist with plan details, recharge information, and due dates.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum +2 Pass & above (Diploma/Degree holders can apply).

- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

- Location Preference: Candidates should reside near Sholinganallur for easy commute.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: ₹11,000 (Fixed)
