The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining various skill training programs, and enrolling them in relevant courses. Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain various government or private skill training programs.
Educate candidates about course benefits, eligibility, job prospects, and placement support.
Maintain a database of candidate details and follow up regularly.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins or direct enrollments.
Coordinate with mobilization and counselling teams for field support.
Handle queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
Good communication skills in Hindi and regional languages; English is a plus.
Confidence in talking over the phone.
Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Active listening and problem-solving attitude.
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of the skill development domain (training, placements, etc.) is an added advantage.
