Address basic queries from customers regarding products or services (if required).
Report daily progress and provide insights from customer feedback to the team lead/manager.
Maintain a high level of call quality and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly call and survey completion targets.
Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
Active listening and ability to probe for detailed feedback.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.

Excellent telephone etiquette.
